Step One - Proposals: We need to get you to complete our credit proposal form first of all. This will ask you for some personal details in order for the funder to make a credit search. You'll find the forms to the right of this page. Click the form relevant to you, fill it in and simply fax or email it back to us. You'll find the fax and email address for us on our contact page.
Just to let you know, typically it takes 24 hours for a funder to make a decision, sometimes this is a lot sooner.
Step Two - Order Confirmation: Once the funder has agreed to your credit proposal we will then email you an order form to sign. This is where you can choose which colour you would like along with any additional options that you may have chosen. Once we receive your order form back we will order the car with the dealership and confirm an estimated delivery date to you.
Step Three - Documents: Once your car is on order, we will then email or post your finance documents to you. You'll need to sign and return them to us, with any other information that we may request, such as a copy of your driving licence or proof of address. You'll also need to send a cheque for the initial deposit at this stage.
Step Four - Delivery: As soon as we receive the documents back from you, we will check that these are all completed correctly, and then ask the dealership to deliver your car. We'll call you first to make sure that you are happy with the delivery date and ask which address we need to deliver to. We'll also give you your new registration number at this stage, so that you have plenty of time to insure your car prior to taking delivery.
Step Five - Enjoy: You'll now have your new car to enjoy. Everything else will have been taken care of. At this stage you will receive shortly after confirmation of your direct debit payments. This will tell you when you need to make your payments and what date the funder will collect these. Typically it will be 1 month after delivery.
