An estimated 6 weeks turned into a 6 month wait but throughout this time I was kept fully updated by both Holly Pilling and, when she left to go on maternity leave, Mark Hewitson. Both kept their promises with regards to chasing the matter up and keeping me informed. I could not have asked for more.

I have even greater praise for Newbury Leasing. I only started dealing with Newbury when the deal that I thought I had agreed with the local Ford fleet dealers fell through at a fairly late stage in the proceedings and Newbury just came up as on of the options when I searched the internet. But from the word go I was very impressed with the Newbury service - quotes were coming back within the hour (instead of the several days that I had experienced before) - many thanks to Amy here! The order was completed painlessly, the paperwork that I needed to complete was made totally idiot proof and I was kept in the picture throughout as to likely delivery dates (and the cost was £20 p.m. lower than Fords had quoted me!).

Even a late glitch concerning the payment of the initial payment was sorted out thaks to Mark's efforts.
Overall I have been absolutely delighted with the service that I have received from Newbury and I have already recommended you to colleagues.
